What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your first name, surname, email address and message. When you write to us directly, we receive your email address and what you send.
Why, and on what basis
We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, and, where you ask about our services, to take steps before a possible contract. We do not sell your data, and we do not send you newsletters or marketing unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Only Maison de la Sérénité. Our website is hosted by Squarespace and our email by Google, who process the data on our behalf. Some of this processing may take place outside the European Union, under the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation.
How long we keep it
Up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to info@maisondelaserenite.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
